Overview

The BD Rhapsody™ Whole Transcriptome Analysis (WTA) Amplification Kit enables you to generate highly reproducible WTA data on the BD Rhapsody™ Single-Cell Analysis System. The kit has been tested and validated to generate consistent, high-quality whole transcriptome data across different workflows and users and a wide range of cell inputs.

FEATURES

The BD Rhapsody™ WTA Amplification Kit allows you to build targeted panels based on your WTA data

The kit:

  • Allows you to identify the most differentially expressed genes in your samples, which can then be used to construct a targeted panel specific to your research needs 

  • Is designed to work reliably across a wide range of cell inputs from 1,000 to 10,000 cells

  • Works seamlessly with the BD® Single-Cell Multiplexing Kit and enables you to run multiple samples at once without compromising the quality of your data and to save time and money

The BD Rhapsody™ WTA Amplification Kit can be used in combination with the BD® Single-Cell Multiplexing Kit to analyze multiple samples simultaneously

Jurkat and Ramos cells labeled with four unique sample tags from the BD® Human Single-Cell Multiplexing Kit were mixed at an equal ratio (1:1:1:1), pooled and processed using the BD Rhapsody™ Single-Cell Analysis System. Libraries were generated using the BD Rhapsody™ WTA Amplification Kit.
