The BD FACSDuet™ Sample Preparation System maximizes your lab’s efficiency

The BD FACSDuet™ Systems are designed to meet your needs
Deliver required flexibility by supporting a wide range of different types of blood collection tubes from different manufacturers, including BD Vacutainer®, SARSTEDT S-Monovette™, Greiner, and Streck Tubes.
Enable specimen management with tube adaptors. Eight (8) tube adaptors are available, which are barcoded and color coded for easy identification, guaranteeing accurate tube piercing and sample volume dispensing.
The BD FACSDuet™ Systems enable flexibility in specimen and tube loading
to 40 specimen tubes can be accommodated at any given time in four racks holding 10 specimens each, driving workflow efficiency and throughput.
Two types of continuous loading specimen racks are available, one of which is specifically designed for pediatric tubes.

Automated cocktailing
- The system enables the automated recording of all used antibodies for easier tracking and auditing. Part number, lot number and expiry date of the cocktail are also tracked and recorded to ensure quality and consistency in laboratory workflow.
- Each antibody cocktail can be made from a maximum of 45 unique conjugates in a single cocktailing vial. Users’ cocktail recipes are stored in the software and available for subsequent preparations of the same cocktail, ensuring reproducibility and quality of product independently from the user.
